What is your return and refund policy?
You may return products within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please:

Include your name, contact number, and refund request number in the package.Returned items must be unused and in good condition. Used or damaged items will be returned to sender without refund.

How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds to your original payment method will be issued for the product’s purchase price and applicable sales tax. However, a 20% restocking fee and any return shipping fees will be deducted.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.If any Product Credit or referral credits were used in the original transaction, those will be restored to your SkinSpoke account.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Appointments booked within 24 hours are considered confirmed.
If booked 36+ hours in advance, you will receive a reminder email to confirm, cancel, or reschedule.
We ask for a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Minimum credit card charge is $10. -
Can I receive a product credit instead of a refund?
Yes! If you prefer, you may request a Product Credit instead of a refund.
This credit:Matches the original purchase price plus applicable tax
May be reduced by any return shipping fees
Can be used for future product purchases on our website
(Note: Product Credit cannot be used for gift cards or services.)Product Credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold or bartered.

Is there a liability waiver for services?
Yes. By booking with SkinSpoke, you acknowledge:
Results vary by skin type and are not guaranteed
You grant permission for SkinSpoke Ltd. staff to perform services
You release SkinSpoke Ltd., its staff, and agents from any liability or negative reactions caused by treatments, equipment, or products
SkinSpoke is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property

Referral Program Policy
To redeem the $50 referral credit, the guest you refer must be a new client who has never booked or received services at SkinSpoke.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or retail products.
It must be used within 6 months of being issued.
Credits are valid only toward facials priced at $250 or more.
Clients are limited to one credit per service.
Credits will be issued only after your referred guest has booked and completed a facial.

Can your policies change?
Yes. All policies, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Group Booking
Skinspoke is open to group bookings! We can accommodate groups of 6 - 9 people. Our spa is the perfect location to host celebrations, parties, birthdays, bachelorette/bridal parties, and more! Services
For group bookings, Skinspoke offers guests the choice between choosing from our regular menu of services or customizing their facials and treatments. Please contact us for additional information regarding time and pricing. If you would like to see our menu of services, please click here.
We offer three options for food and beverage:
1) Refreshments and finger food catered by Skinspoke
2) BYO refreshments with finger food provided by Skinspoke, and vice versa
3) Guests bring their own refreshments and food
Any food and refreshments provided by Skinspoke will be totaled into the main client’s bill. We allow wine and champagne, but beer and hard liquors are not permitted within our spa. For any groups that would like Skinspoke to provide catering, please inform us of any food allergies/eating practices of our guests at least 48 hours beforehand.
Lateness / No-Show / Cancellation
We require a credit card to hold all reservations. The credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full-service value for any cancellations or reschedulings made by you or your guests within 48 hours. Any cancellations or reschedulings made before 48 hours will receive no penalty. If you or your guests are late, we will accommodate the remainder of your time at full-price.
If you do not want to be responsible for your guests, please provide us with their credit card information as well.
Gratuities
A gratuity of 25% will be charged per guest in your group for treatment services.
